Company Description

 

The HR Administrator undertakes a wide range of HR tasks from administering employee benefits, ensuring systems and records are up to date, to crafting policies and participating to the talent acquisition strategy of the company.

 

Job Description

  • Administering employee records, files, contracts, verification of employment letters, performance evaluations etc. both electronically and physically
  • Acting as the focal person for benefits administration, training administration and related inquiries
  • Conducting employee induction for our network
  • Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures such as training, benefits, etc.
  • Coordinating the communication with HR providers (training providers, agencies etc.)
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports as required such as company turnover etc.
  • Participating in the recruitment process of entry level positions posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing interviews
  • Assisting and facilitating day-to-day operations of the HR functions, duties and initiatives
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive HR information at all times

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in an organized HR department
  • BSc in Psychology, Business Administration, or any other relevant field. MSc in HR will be considered a plus
  • Proficient user of MS Office; experience in using HRMS and/or ATS systems will be considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
  • Approachability, energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
