We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to be responsible for the strategic management of human resources working across the following diverse departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Logistics etc. In this role, the HR Business Partner collaborates with the management team of each department to provide guidance and support on human resources matters. 

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate extensively with department heads to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and HR needs.  
    • Develop and execute human resources strategies tailored to enhance effectiveness, employee development, and retention throughout the divisions. 
    • Champion and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations across all departments. 
    • Offer expert advisory support to departmental management on various HR topics, including development programs, performance assessments, transition management, conflict resolution, and more. 
    • Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new personnel within all departments. 
    • Support and oversee compensation and benefits processes for employees. 
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of training and development initiatives designed to enhance employees' skills and capabilities. 
    • Identify, address, and resolve workplace challenges and conflicts while adhering to legal requirements and HR procedures. 


Requirements

    • Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • At least 3 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. 
    • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. 
    • Knowledge of payroll processes would be a valuable addition.
    • Proficiency in HRM and ATS software, with the ability to effectively leverage these tools. 
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
    • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
    • Analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges. 
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. 
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. 
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
