On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, at their premises in Koropi.

Main Qualifications:

• Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to offer.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements/job descriptions are accurate.
• Contribute towards creating an excellent candidate experience.
• Attend careers and university events.

• BA degree in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field; MA in Human Resources will be an asset.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Tech Industry.
• Familiar with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel.
