Human ResourcesOn behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager, at their premises in Koropi.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues.
- Act as liaison between CHRO and Business Unit Leaders to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and processes across the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Design and implement company policies towards a transformative mindset.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources Management
- MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset.
- 6-8 years of experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry in Human Resources department
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent use of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
- Very good knowledge of HR System; very good knowledge of SAP.
- In depth knowledge of labor law and employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizing skills and time management
- Accountability and results orientation skills
- People orientation and team management skills
- Flexibility and adjustability
