On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager, at their premises in Koropi.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues.
• Act as liaison between CHRO and Business Unit Leaders to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and processes across the organization.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Design and implement company policies towards a transformative mindset.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.

• BSc in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources Management
• MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset.
• 6-8 years of experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry in Human Resources department
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent use of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
• Very good knowledge of HR System; very good knowledge of SAP.
• In depth knowledge of labor law and employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• People orientation and team management skills
