Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find on behalf of a client, a leading energy provider, for an HR Business Partner based in Patra. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration with management and departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Resource Management overseeing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth processes at all stages.
  • Payroll and Benefits ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and managing employee benefits like insurance and company cars.
  • Performance Management implementing performance appraisal and employee development systems.
  • Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution addressing conflicts and supporting employee well-being.
  • Compliance ensuring HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR Business Partner role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Skills in analyzing HR data and improving processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, ERGANI, and payroll tools.
  • Open to relocation to Patras.
