HR INTERN

The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while learning the fundamentals of HR management in a luxury hotel environment.

  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence and organizing files
  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures to staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment forms and conducting orientations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal HR events, such as employee appreciation days or wellness programs.
  • Support internal audits by gathering necessary HR documents


    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
    • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
    • Native or advanced Greek language skills are mandatory.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
