Euromedica Group manages one of the largest Primary Healthcare networks in Greece, providing its services through an extensive network of diagnostic centers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for our Primary Healthcare network
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Develop & maintain a database with accurate candidate information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent
• Provide recruitment reports to line managers
• Manage the employee exit interview process, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and making actionable recommendations based on findings

Required Qualifications:

• BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
• MSc in Human Resources will be considered as an asset
• 2-3 years proven work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, as well as social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
