HR Business Partner (5884/HBP/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will take on a significant role in the organization and closely collaborate with the VP of People & Culture, to drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple global locations. This role is crucial in shaping and executing HR programs, fostering employee engagement, a high-performance culture, and ensuring that people strategies align with business goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR advisory, before transitioning into an in-house /Internal HR role within a multinational organization. Success in this role requires excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of an international workforce.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the role involves talent management, performance optimization, organizational development, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate has multinational experience, preferably in hospitality/travel, with a strong HR advisory background (Big Four experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business growth.
- Performance & Talent Management: Drive performance frameworks, OKRs, and career development programs.
- Learning & Development: Oversee L&D initiatives, ensuring leadership and skill development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support total rewards strategy, including benchmarking and incentives.
- HR Systems & Technology: Evaluate and improve HR tech solutions for efficiency and scalability.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
- Change Management: Lead HR transformation projects, supporting organizational agility.
- Workforce Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience in multinational environments.
- HR Advisory background and Internal HR (Industry) experience.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable.
- International exposure is a plus.
- Strong expertise in performance management, talent strategy, and HR technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in the Greek and English languages.
