We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR Coordinator to join and support our team!
The role is based in Group’s HQ Offices, at Spata, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support in various HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, training, leave management, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Actively participate in the coordination of trainings, onboarding processes, corporate events, and internal initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer use and MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment.
