As a Product Owner at Qbilon, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering product 
solutions that meet our business clients' needs. You will work closely with developers, 
stakeholders, and other team members to manage and prioritize the product backlog, 
ensuring the successful implementation of features and enhancements. Your ability to 
effectively communicate, lead Scrum meetings, and manage projects will be essential in this 
role.


Key Responsibilities:


• Backlog Management: Structure and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is 
prioritized and aligned with the business goals.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects 
are completed on time and within scope. You should have 2-3 years of experience in 
project management.
• Developer Collaboration: Engage with developers to discuss technical details and 
requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Scrum Process Leadership: Lead and facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You should have experience participating in 
and leading these meetings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, 
providing regular updates and gathering feedback to inform product development.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with clients and internal teams to gather and 
document product requirements and specifications.

Skill requirement:


• Project Management: 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a proven 
track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Backlog Management: Experience in structuring and managing a product backlog.
• Technical Communication: Ability to discuss technical aspects with developers and 
translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Scrum Process: Experience leading Scrum meetings and a thorough understanding of 
Scrum methodologies.
• English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and 
verbal.


Soft Skills Required:


• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team 
members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team 
environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple 
tasks and projects simultaneously.
