What you will need to do:
- Lead and manage a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, product owners, and other stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications
- Establish coding standards, processes, and best practices within the team
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Perform regular performance evaluations and identify areas for skill development within the team
- Handle resource planning, allocation, and capacity management
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate
- Occasional traveling to project sites, if needed
What you will need to have:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in software development using frameworks and technologies such as PHP, MS SQL, TypeScript, jQuery, Laravel, and React
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong understanding of application architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management
- Fluency in English
