How you will support our mission: We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support.
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues.
- Install hardware, software, and drivers, and configure systems accordingly.
- Maintain and repair technological equipment and peripheral devices.
- Oversee security settings and software on computers and networks to ensure privacy and protect against cyberattacks.
- Perform regular system upgrades to ensure up-to-date functionality.
- Troubleshoot system failures or errors and provide solutions to restore operations.
- Offer timely technical support and user training on how to efficiently use computing systems.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in LAN/WAN networks.
- Experience with computer systems and the Microsoft environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical background in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and organizational ability.
- A degree in technology from an accredited university or technical institute is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and network infrastructures.
- Good command of the English language.
- Fulfillment of military service obligations.
- Professionalism, reliability, willingness, and responsibility.
