Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cybersecurity Expert with a
strong background in network management to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our organization’s
network infrastructure, while also managing and improving network performance. You
will work closely with IT Team and internal security teams to safeguard sensitive data,
identify potential threats, and deploy appropriate mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

○ Analysis and mitigation of security risks in designed systems;
○ Conducting a security assessment of ongoing projects at the company
level;
○ Verifying the security of external suppliers and cooperating with them in
order to meet the security requirements of implemented projects;
○ Cooperation with project managers and business owners in project
implementation;
○ Assessment and monitoring of security measures/controls in IT
systems;
○ Creating design documentation;
○ Monitoring and implementing IT security standards, procedures and
best practices
○ Coordinate and monitor adherence to the principles of security governance,
security by design, and security by default.
○ Install, configure, and maintain security software (firewalls, antivirus,
intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.) and Cybersecurity
Solutions
○ Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity
standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
○ Provide expert guidance on security configurations, network security
protocols, and encryption methods.
○ Be proactive in topics related to intrusion detection and incident management.
○ Carry out and have validated the business impact analysis, the mapping
of cybersecurity risks and the plan for dealing with major risks
○ Protect the digital assets of the business unit and the group, with a focus on
data protection and GDPR compliance.
○ Building awareness and knowledge of company employees in the field
of information security.
○ Monitor detect and lead incident response efforts for security breaches
vulnerabilities, and threats.
○ Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of breaches or
vulnerabilities.
○ Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
○ Implement and manage risk assessment programs to identify, analyze,
and mitigate network-related security risks.
○ Prepare and lead cybersecurity committees
○ Work closely with IT, network engineering, and other departments to
ensure network and security protocols are aligned.
○ Train internal employees and sensitive populations on cybersecurity
awareness.

○ Ability to:
■ manage and monitor the organization’s network infrastructure
(routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
■ ensure the network's availability, performance, and reliability
through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
■ Configure and maintain network devices to optimize traffic flow,
ensure redundancy, and prevent downtime.
■ Implement and manage network segmentation, VLANs, and
secure remote access solutions.
■ Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, coordinating
with third-party vendors when necessary

○ Work closely with Network Administrator and backup the role in case of
absence

Qualifications
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
○ English language knowledge at B1/B2 level;

● Experience:
○ 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity and network management.
○ Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies (e.g.,
firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SIEM, Packet Analysis etc.).
○ Proven experience in managing and securing network infrastructures
(routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS, etc.).
○ You are familiar with security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST or
ISO 27001)
○ Familiarity with the OWASP Testing Guide v3/v4 and OWASP Top 10.
○ Familiar with project management methodologies;
○ Familiar with Legal & Regulation (GDPR)
○ You know the standards for penetration testing of web applications and
methods of securing services
○ Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++.
● Certifications (preferred but not required):
○ CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security
Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or equivalent.
○ CCNA, CCNP, or other network-related certifications.
