PLAS S.A., a subsidiary of PLANET S.A., is a dynamically growing consulting firm, which is seeking a capable and organized professional for the position of Legal Office Administrative Support.
The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who has a solid work ethic, high level of integrity and concern for quality to act as Administrative Support and perform secretarial responsibilities across a wide range of tasks in a busy professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining client files and legal documents
- Preparing and processing legal documents and reports
- Scheduling and managing meetings and calendars
- Supporting the management and archiving of legal cases
- Providing administrative support to the company's lawyers
- Coordinating with other administrative services within the company
- Managing procedures with the Cadastre and submitting certificates
- Issuing and managing invoices
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a law office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with legal documents and legal terminology
- Excellent knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office programs
- Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
