The Logistics Specialist assumes a pivotal role within our organization by meticulously overseeing and orchestrating the daily planning and flawless execution of a wide spectrum of logistics and transportation activities. This critical function involves reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of our logistical operations.
Main Accountabilities:
- Facilitating the coordination of transportation services and strategically planning optimal routes.
- Serving as a liaison between executive management, drivers, and valued customers to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Engaging in collaborative efforts with internal departments to enhance and optimize transportation services.
- Conducting thorough assessments of hauler performance, addressing customer inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns or complaints with a customer-centric approach.

Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Master’s degree in supply chain or Logistics will be a plus.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Customer Service/Logistics position.
- SAP/ERP systems experience will be highly evaluated.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
