Affidea Greece, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Athens. This role plays a key part in managing warehouse operations across multiple centers.

• Oversee the management of warehouses at different diagnostic centers

• Manage inventory and orders using iScala

• Communicate with suppliers and ensure order accuracy

• Support month-end closing (inventory checks, stock consumption, valuations)

• Monitor pending invoices and set up new warehouses in iScala

• Train staff on warehouse processes and collaborate with external teams on SAP implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Up tp 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics

• Fluent English (written & verbal)

• Proficiency in Excel & MS Office

• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication & collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP WM

• Previous experience in healthcare industry
