ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, Apivita, a leading natural cosmetics company, is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to join their team.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Planning Director

Your work will include:

As a Production Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring production efficiency, inventory balance, and cross-functional alignment across departments.

More specifically, you will:

• Be responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring optimal production planning aligned with demand and capacity.
• Monitor and manage Finished Goods inventory, securing availability while minimizing overstock.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment for subsidiaries, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with sales forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to ensure production plans are aligned with market needs and promotions.
• Analyze production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to supply chain optimization projects.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in production planning, ideally in the FMCG or cosmetics sector
• Solid understanding of MPS/MRP systems and inventory management principles
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience will be considered a plus)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Greek and English (written & verbal)
