Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our in-house team in Glyfada. This individual will be responsible for the entire content creation process, from ideation to production, editing, copywriting, and final posting. You will create high-quality, engaging content that reflects both Kennedy’s Group and My Blossom Travel’s luxury brands and tone of voice. This includes developing creative ideas, producing video and photo content, editing and polishing that content, writing compelling captions, and ensuring timely posting across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation & Creation: Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media posts, videos, and other content types that align with our luxury brands.
• Content Production: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics for social media channels, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Copywriting: Write engaging captions and copy that align with our brand’s tone of voice and reflect the luxury experience we provide.
• Brand Storytelling & Representation: Ensure content is consistent with Kennedy’s Group’s luxury real estate and hospitality services, as well as My Blossom Travel’s bespoke travel offerings.
• On-the-Go Content Creation: Travel with the teams to various destinations, capturing content at key properties, events, and unique travel experiences.
• Creative Direction & Innovation: Implement trending content formats, viral video techniques, and fresh ideas to enhance engagement and visibility.
• Content Strategy & Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the content calendar and ensure posts are aligned with campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Posting & Performance Analytics: Handle the posting of content and track its performance to refine strategies and optimize engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to manage the entire content creation process.
• Expertise in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) and shooting equipment (DSLR, mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals).
• Ability to create polished content independently, including idea generation, production, editing, copywriting, and posting.
• A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including best practices for viral content.
• Exceptional English writing and communication skills to craft engaging captions that reflect our luxury tone of voice.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to travel internationally for content creation.
• A genuine passion for luxury travel, real estate, and creating top-tier content.
