Senior Brand Manager
to join our dynamic Marketing team.
The role:
In this position, you will be able to contribute to the development of the brand strategy & plans, in line with the overall marketing strategy.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and build from the ground up products and concepts that are adding value to the market while improving brand’s reputation and consumer experience.
How you will contribute:
- Develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to top management
- Design and execute 360 communication plans and large scale advertising campaigns
- Analyze and synthesize data from various resources to facilitate top management take well informed decisions
- Develop strategies for regional (national/international) markets based on data and market trends
- Keep Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices and propose innovative initiatives
- Manage the total brand portfolio budget and efficiently use resources
- Meet deadlines in multi-site and cross functional context
- Undertake initiatives in relation to product development, pricing and promotional activities
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Brand Management preferably in the food and beverages industry with a strong focus on product development
- The knowledge and experience of initiating and defending a compelling business case
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MSc in Marketing Management
- Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must
- Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Transversal managerial skills (sharing knowledge and experience)
- Effective communication; navigating through different audiences
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
- High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
