Job description:

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager.

Being part of our Marketing Team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute towards building our brands’ future.

You’ll apply your knowledge and build hands-on experience in:

· Marketing communications development with emphasis on Social Media and TV

· Media planning, KPIs and budget monitoring

· New Product Development & launch to the market

· Packaging artworks handling (new launches, packaging relaunches)

· Brand performance monitoring (brand metrics, sales, market share)

We are looking for someone who has:

· Α Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Administration or relevant studies. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset

· 1-3 years of experience working in Brand Management or Marketing Communications, ideally in FMCG industry

· Experience in packaging artwork development and handling

· Experience in digital communication & Social Media content development

· Solid numerical and analytical skills coupled with a creative and innovative mindset

· Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time

· Ability to understand consumer behavior & media consumption patterns and utilize these insights into communication content

· Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, influence and negotiate with internal and external partners

· Someone who is ambitious, results oriented, keen to learn and succeed
