As a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting brand growth, working on exciting projects, and delivering key brand initiatives.

- Business Performance: delivers agreed volume, revenue, profit and Share Of Market targets. Understands the business and competitive environment.
- Strategic Planning: contributes to the development of brand annual plans and budgets. Amplifies category activations. Delivers brand plans through collaboration with cluster Business Units and Regional teams.
- Innovation: contributes in the delivery of brand innovation projects. Contributes in all activities related to innovation development: planning, designing and launching new product initiatives, according to internal PepsiCo procedure
- Communication: executes on-time communication development. Ensures all brand communications are aligned with brand image KPIs.
- Execution: ensures on-time and efficient brand plan execution and executes management requests on-time.
- Relationship Management: effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, accounting, planning, commercialization, operations) and with external stakeholders (ATL/BTL agencies, media shops, PR agencies)
- Manages A&M spending to be in line with plan.
- Represents and supports Brand's identity and objectives both internally (through active participation within local Commercial team meetings) and externally (through agencies and partners).
- Actively involved and develops action plans based on brand analysis: Consumer Insights, Retail Audit, internal sales
- Bachelor's degree - Master degree in Marketing or related fields
- 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing preferred in FMCG
- Can Do attitude / think as business owner
- Innovative thinking
- Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit
- Strong Project Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Manage multiple brands and cross functional stakeholders
- Be able to turn data into insights i.e. application of Nielsen panel, Kantar panel
- Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches
- P&L understanding
- Very good presentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
- Fluent English
