Role:
- Manage and optimize lead management processes within HubSpot Sales Professional/ Enterprise, ensuring seamless automation, tracking, and reporting.
- Design and execute high-converting paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing and LinkedIn, targeting B2B Information Technology audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and account team teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
- Continuously enhance marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot Sales Professional or Enterprise, including CRM administration, automation, and reporting.
- Strong background in B2B paid marketing, particularly on Google Ads, Bing and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Experience collaborating with international teams to drive alignment between marketing and revenue goals.
- Knowledge and proficiency in data visualization and MS Office tools.
