We are looking for a Loyalty & CRM Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key digital marketing campaigns.
Also, this candidate will participate in the establishment of a customer-centric culture across different areas of the business, through ensuring the smooth execution of customer engagement initiatives with the aim of driving loyalty and increasing sales.
More specifically, as a Loyalty & CRM Specialist, you will:
- Working closely with the senior Digital Team to deliver the overall strategy.
- In cooperation with internal teams coordinate customer engagement initiatives across all customer touchpoints, including online and physical stores and call center aiming to grow the customer base, engage members and increase LTV
- Responsible for the CRM activation plan and the campaign calendar across the available digital channels (email, Viber/SMS, push)
- Continuously improve customer campaigns in order to engage, retain and reactivate customers based on data analytics
- Content management of loyalty microsites and e-shops, working closely with internal and external teams
- Cooperate with IT to assure the correct implementation of programs at the POS
- Coordinate with support teams to provide feedback and guidance about topics related with the loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field (MarTech, business, information technology);
- Demonstrable experience in creating communication plans for different marketing channels;
- Previous working experience with CRM;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and build simple dashboards;
- Α creative mindset with attention to detail;
- Eager to learn and excited to be part of a dynamic, constantly changing environment;
- Previous experience in setting up & executing automated lifecycle campaigns/ bulk campaigns will be considered as a plus;
