Job description:
H Hotels Collection is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that boost guest engagement, streamline communication, and build supplier relationships. The role includes managing newsletters, CRM systems, pre- and post-stay communications, and concierge services, as well as creating reports, analyzing data, and monitoring database segmentation for strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive newsletter campaigns to engage guests and promote hotel services.
- Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate guest information and enhance communication strategies.
- Create and oversee a monthly newsletter calendar, coordinating content and distribution schedules.
- Manage pre- and post-stay communication processes to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the concierge services platform to provide guests with personalized recommendations and services.
- Ensure the smooth operation of hotel marketing activities and maintain effective cooperation with suppliers and partners.
- Coordinate with various departments to align marketing strategies with overall hotel operations.
- Craft detailed reports featuring statistical analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to monitor database segmentation, track key performance indicators, and inform marketing strategies.
- Design, distribute, and analyze internal questionnaires to gather guest feedback.
- Interpret results to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
