We are looking for a Retail Media Supervisor

As a Retail Media Supervisor, you will manage and optimize our in-store and digital advertising initiatives across our online and offline channels of communication. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and decision-making to maximize the effectiveness of our retail media. The ideal candidate will work closely with brands, suppliers, and internal teams to develop impactful media campaigns that drive sales and enhance customer engagement and spending. He / she will be responsible for overseeing retail media campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring profitability.

 What you will focus on

• Develop and execute media plans across in-store, digital, and other retail platforms.
• Negotiate advertising placements, pricing, and sponsorships with suppliers and brand partners to maximize value.
• Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer strategies and agreements.
• Work closely with category managers, marketing teams, and store operations to ensure retail media efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Manage budgets effectively to drive maximum return on investment.
• Adjust media plans based on market trends, sales performance, and customer behavior.

What we are looking for

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing (agency or corporate), Sales / Business Development; exposure in the Grocery / FMCG industry is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially ability to create effective presentations.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Great analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
