Medical Sales Executive   

Job Description:  

Virtus Pharma seeks a talented and passionate Medical Sales Executive for its gynaecological division. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness of the company's products and maximize sales growth. In this position, you will contribute to Virtus Pharma's development by successfully promoting its portfolio to HCPs. You will be responsible for managing your area by implementing business plans to ensure that overall business objectives are achieved.   

For this position, you must be based in Thessaloniki.   

Key responsibilities:  

• Visit doctors and pharmacies according to the company's priorities.  
• Communicate product information and introduce new products.   
• Work with the sales team to ensure a consistent marketing message.   
• Develop a weekly routing plan.  
• Keep management informed by submitting weekly, monthly, and annual activity and results reports.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, in-store activities, etc.
• Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Engages in a long-term professional relationship with HCPs to be considered a reliable therapeutic reference.   

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:  

• Passionate for results and ambitious.
• Agile with a solution-focused mindset.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Medical Sales Representative (working experience in the field of Gynecology is mandatory).
• University Degree (degree in Life Sciences would be an advantage).
• A demonstrated track record of performance excellence in achieving targets.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and teamwork skills leading to measurable results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong command of English.
• PC literacy (Windows, MS Office).
• Driving license.
