The Customer Engagement Representative - Primary Care will be responsible for relevant healthcare professionals and key customers in order to improve access of patients to our products.

Location: Heraklion

 

Major Areas of Responsibilities

  • Plan Development, Activities Implementation and Monitoring of Key Customers.
  • Analyze and understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders, finding the 'customer insight'. Set and update prioritizations based on analysis and segmentation of healthcare professionals.
  • Identify the market drivers and shapes on a territorial basis strategy, with a view to achieving targets for the assigned products.
  • Plan, organize and execute product presentation to healthcare professionals regarding the use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits.
  • Keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
  • Plan work schedules and weekly/ monthly timetables. This may involve working with the sales, key accounts, marketing, medical team or discussing future targets with the District Sales manager.
  • Develop of networks/ referrals between special population.
  • Develop short and long term objectives for targeted stakeholders, targeted main accounts, identify future success factors and propose specific activities to achieve them.
  • Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory.
  • Constantly endeavor to improve product and disease knowledge at company standards in order to deliver appropriate information to physicians effectively and professionally.
  • Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Effectively builds rapport and relationships with customers across virtual environments; utilizes current digital tools effectively (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Office) for successful customer engagement;
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree. Preferable in Science, Health Sciences or Business
  • 3+ years experience in pharma sales field
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages
  • PC literacy
  • Travelling possibility
