Operations Director (5650/OD/ESS/GR)


Role Overview:

The Operations Director will oversee the seamless operations of the company’s distinguished properties. This pivotal role requires effective communication and coordination with outsourced service providers, business partners, and high-end retailers, ensuring the properties maintain their impeccable standards and continue to offer unparalleled experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing all Facilities Management of the properties, security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping services etc., all of which are outsourced to third-party providers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with operators and high-end retail organizations, and collaborating with them to address and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Coordinating and managing IT operations outsourced to third-party providers as well, to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery, supporting overall business operations.
  • Managing and overseeing certification process for certain properties, ensuring compliance with all necessary standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating closely and reporting daily operational matters to the CEO and CFO, providing regular updates and insights on facilities management, IT operations, and other relevant areas.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven senior experience in operations/ asset management/ facilities management, ideally accompanied with experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An MSc, MBA will be an asset.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Business partnering mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with third-party service providers.
  • Excellent communication and ability to address challenges proactively and innovatively.
  • Navigate changes and manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
