We’re seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team and ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
The Housekeeping Inspector will oversee the cleanliness and readiness of our short-term rental properties, performing thorough inspections after cleaning and before guest arrivals. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an impeccable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any cleaning issues, maintenance needs, or damages.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Provide feedback to improve cleaning processes and address any recurring issues.
- Verify inventory of supplies and guest amenities, replenishing as needed.
- Assist in managing and updating inspection reports and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning inspection, or quality control (experience in hospitality or short-term rentals is a plus).
- Keen attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable with using inspection software/apps (training will be provided).
