This is a full-time On-site work role for Air Export-Import Cargo Officer. The Air Export-Import Cargo Officer is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of air freight forwarding

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- Managing export processes, such as creating bids, selecting routes and transit times, negotiating rates, reserving space, arranging packaging, organizing inland transportation and storage, creating tailored transport solutions for sensitive cargoes like perishable goods, live animals, and exhibition items, handling cargo unloading and acceptance processes, preparing documentation and coordinating customs processes.

- Managing import processes

- Communicating with airlines, exporting companies, individual shippers, global forwarding agents, cargo handlers, customs authorities, customs brokers, and truckers to ensure seamless operations on a global scale.

- Cargo Sales reports preparation & Invoicing

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Greek and English both oral and written.
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Microsoft office programs (good knowledge of Excel is must) & ability to work with multiple operating systems
• Degree in Logistics, Business or other related studies & business experience in a related field is a plus
