We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and oversee and streamline the daily operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management with experience in leading cross - functional teams, optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations run efficiently, within budget and in alignment with our business goals. If you have excellent leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial and logistics processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring seamless collaboration between finance, logistics and administration.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and drive company-goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives and improve cross-functional communication.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess operational efficiency and make data-driven improvements.
  • Implement new processes and technologies to enhance operational workflows and overall productivity.
  • Report regularly to senior management, providing insights on operational performance and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial software, automation tools and emerging technologies
