We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and oversee and streamline the daily operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management with experience in leading cross - functional teams, optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations run efficiently, within budget and in alignment with our business goals. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring seamless collaboration between finance, logistics and administration.
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage financial processes, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and drive company-goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives and improve cross-functional communication.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess operational efficiency and make data-driven improvements.
- Implement new processes and technologies to enhance operational workflows and overall productivity.
- Report regularly to senior management, providing insights on operational performance and financial outcomes.

Qualifications
