Partly remoteJob Summary: The Corporate Credit Operations Officer is responsible for the administration tasks supporting the Corporate Credit business.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Administration of Disbursements requests from dealer’s network
- Administration of payments and deposits from dealers on a daily basis
- Administration of collaterals (COCs Sarmed Titles etc.).
- Organizations and planning of the Stock Audit process
- Internal reporting about overdue financed vehicles
- Support in the update of the Wholesale Operations Guidelines
- Support Corporate Credit officers throughout the preparation of 2nd Vote
Education and Experience:
- University Degree, preferably holding a Master Degree in Banking and Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Credit and Business Loans Management and Operations .
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
