The Sales Support B2C (fixed term contract) is responsible for taking customers to the store and working with the team to create the best environment. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Strong ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Complete sales reports.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

• To answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.

• Effectively communicating daily with visitors

• Credit submission

• Ensure that relevant database is updated

• All enquiries to be acknowledged within two hours after receipt

• Manage the keys requested by the departments or Customers

• Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Maintain and prevent customer records, using automated systems

• Administrating all relevant documents

• Facilitate internal communication with Finance dpt

• Perform KYC

Required skills:

• Be consistent and well organized

• Strong customer services skills

• Keep calm and have a positive attitude while working under pressure

• General education degree or equivalent

• General education degree or equivalent

• Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes

• IT literate

•  Good command of English - verbal and written
