Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join a leading company in the food industry, known for its dedication to sustainability and quality. The company specializes in raw materials and serves artisans, retailers, industrial clients, in over 100 countries. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and manage key logistics and customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Supervisor to join the team in Oinofyta. This position involves leading a team, managing orders (sales orders & stock transfers), and connecting these with other processes and communication with other departments.  This position also involves optimizing logistics, improving communication, and working with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Location: Oinofyta (Hybrid: 2-3 remote working days per month)

Key responsibilities:

•    Lead and supervise a team managing orders and intra-company stock transfers.
•    Oversee logistics processes related to product transfers, ensuring compliance with invoicing policies and procedures.
•    Utilize SAP to manage orders, invoicing, and related supply chain operations.
•    Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows, optimize communication, and implement organizational changes.
•    Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
•    Organize and lead customer service meetings to enhance delivery performance.
•    Drive digitization initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
•    Manage customs and ensure compliance with food regulatory documentation for exports.

Required qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 
•    5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics
•    Proficiency in SAP (mandatory) and MS Office 
•    Fluent in English (oral and written) with native proficiency in Greek
•    Solid knowledge of invoicing policies and processes related to product transfers
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
•    Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and adapt to organizational changes
