Navarino Dunes is looking for a Security Team Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of the hotel, its guests, and employees. They will lead the Security Department's operations, oversee security systems, and manage team performance, while also coordinating events and continuously improving security processes to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Security Department to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, visitors hotel and hotel assets.
• Is responsible for monitoring and verifying the perfect operation and operation of CCTV and all its equipment and systems: Emergency, Fire, Intrusion, etc.
• Plans and coordinates with both internal and external parties for VIP visits and special events.
• Attends all necessary meetings and disseminates all relevant information to the team.
• Supervises the team’s performance and provides necessary support when needed.
• Conducts security related trainings to the team and new joiners of other departments.
• Reviews existing policies and procedures to identify improvement areas and provides solutions for enhancement.
• Gets done ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Head from time to time.

• Holder of valid Security Personal Permit.
• 5 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in luxury hotels.
• Academic background in Security Management would be an advantage.
• Qualified First-Aider. AED Certificate is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Greek.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Category B Driving License
