Your everyday work-life

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving and ensuring quality of products
• Measure and address the effectiveness of the team performance and warehousing activities
• Control and organize storage and inventory space
• Maintain records, utilize specialized reports and document relevant information to calculate warehouse ranks
• Identify operations needing development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures
• Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field will be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisor role of a distribution center
• Excellent knowledge of conventional management and warehousing fundamentals
• Good knowledge of WMS and SAP software
• Hands-on dedication to staff training and championing new ideas
