Navarino Dunes is looking for a Lost & Found Trainee. The Lost & Found Trainee is responsible for managing and overseeing the lost and found items within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document all lost and found items in the hotel’s system, including item descriptions, dates, locations,
• Maintain detailed records for tracking and auditing purposes.
• Ensure all found items are categorized and logged in an organized manner.
• Secure and store lost items in a designated, safe and organized area.
• Follow proper procedures for storing and protecting valuable items such as electronics and important documents.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, etc.) to identify and return lost items.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, legal requirements, and best practices for handling lost and found property.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding lost or misplaced items
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and respect privacy.

• Previous experience in customer service or hotel operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any relevant certifications in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Greek and English Languages
• Knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive or personal information with discretion.
