Active Energy Solutions, one of the biggest distributors of solar equipment in Greece and Cyprus is seeking Project development manager to be part of its team! This position is reporting to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:  

• Identify and secure suitable land plots for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to determine project viability.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documents for project licensing, including engineering and environmental reports.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of the licensing process.
• Oversee the entire project development lifecycle, from land acquisition to licensing, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for each project, including financial projections and ROI analysis.
• Create professional presentations to communicate project progress and plans to stakeholders, including management and investors

What we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource management, and business principles.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Strong Organizational skills, ability to prioritize deliverables and work under pressure and tide datelines
• Very good knowledge in excel, power point presentation
• Excellent verbal and written Proficiency in Greek and English
• Very good knowledge of MS office Suite
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sustainability or relevant fields
• Military services fulfilled for male candidates
