Requirements:

 

  • Handle the recruitment and selection process for all new employees.
  • Keeping job descriptions and employee profiles current
  • Maintains all HR policies and procedures in compliance with the company standards
  • Administers all employee benefits, including company car fleet, medical and life insurance, etc.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding procedures and benefits
  • Collection of monthly payroll data and cooperates with external payroll agency
  • Supports Social Responsibility activities aligning them with organizational values

 

 Experience & Skills:

 

  • At least 4 years of experience from a Human Resources role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources .
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Professional attitude and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
  • Fluency in English.
