🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise & coordinate external partners for maintenance & repair work.
- Develop & track structured maintenance plans for electromechanical equipment.
- Evaluate & manage contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Source new partnerships & negotiate service agreements to enhance efficiency.
- Research & implement innovative solutions for cost reduction and energy efficiency.
- Oversee store renovations, expansions & technical upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & industry standards.
- Analyse maintenance needs & suggest improvements for optimal operations.
- Manage budgets & control costs for technical projects.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, ideally in hospitality, retail, or foodservice.
✔️ Technical degree or university diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical & plumbing systems.
✔️ Strong negotiation & communication skills for vendor management.
✔️ Proficient in spoken & written English (essential).
✔️ Proficiency in maintenance management software & MS Office.
✔️ Flexibility & availability for business travel across Greece.
✔️ Valid driver’s license (Category B).
✔️ Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
