Role:

• Set up new processes, identify topics for improvement in existing processes and reassure the quality of the project
• Handle difficult cus tomer requests
• Coordinate PMO processes process according to PMO standards in the transition phase and BAU
• Collaborate with both local, central teams and GSDM
• Provide required reports, documentation and instructions
• Perform onboarding procedure of new employee (introduce tasks and responsibilities, provide necessary support and knowledge during first months)

Requirements:

• project management skills
• Experience in communication with Stakeholders
• C1 English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
• Ability to plan actions and oversee results
