Costa Navarino Residences are looking for a Concierge Agent. As a Concierge Agent at Residences, Costa Navarino, you will be the primary point of contact for villa guests/owners, providing exceptional and personalized service to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. You will assist guests/owners with reservations, transportation, recommendations, and any special requests.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding dining, local attractions, activities, and services.
- Arrange reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, golf sessions, and other experiences.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.
- Organize transportation, including airport transfers, car rentals, and private driver services.
- Coordinate special requests such as private events, celebrations, and tailored experiences.
- Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests in the property management system.
- Create guests’ memorable experiences.
- Assist with luggage handling, in-villa check-ins, and any additional guest requests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a concierge, front office, or guest services role. Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end guest service positions is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Russian, and/or French is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Opera software.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area, including cultural sites, restaurants, and entertainment options.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
