As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you'll join our Retail Media department, which focuses on driving growth in retail media across AB, AH, Bol, and Delhaize. Your role will be key in building a future-proof retail media ecosystem and managing ad operations for external advertisers.
Job's Purpose
As an AdOps Specialist, you'll manage online and in-store Retail Media campaigns for Alfa Beta in Greece, working with top media partners and agencies on large budgets. You'll ensure campaigns meet both internal and client objectives by overseeing timely launches, gathering materials, and continuously monitoring performance. You'll evaluate campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and make adjustments to optimize reach, traffic, and conversion.

Job's Purpose
As an AdOps Specialist, you'll manage online and in-store Retail Media campaigns for Alfa Beta in Greece, working with top media partners and agencies on large budgets. You'll ensure campaigns meet both internal and client objectives by overseeing timely launches, gathering materials, and continuously monitoring performance. You'll evaluate campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and make adjustments to optimize reach, traffic, and conversion.
What you will focus on:
- Collect input for and set up exceptional and impactful display, DOOH, social, instore and video campaigns with first-party data You will define deliverables, scope, timelines, milestones together with the client and will gather and guide advertisers for all relevant ad specifications of the AB Retail Media touchpoints. Throughout the process, you'll be the go-to person for the client and internal stakeholders and will regularly present results and progress to the involved stakeholders
- Monitor performance on different media channels.You manage the campaigns from A to Z, from design to evaluation. You'll perform A/B testing (what works, what doesn't?), analyze and evaluate and use learnings to develop even more effective campaigns, and you create & share insights with your colleagues, including making improvement proposals
- Claim ownership of some projects within the digital domainYou'll work on projects like responding to the cookie-free world and the rise of social media as an e-commerce platform
- You will be the Liaison between the AB retail media, their advertisers and your AdOps colleagues in the Netherlands and Romania.
What you have
- At least 2 years of display experience and you want to discover social and DOOH advertising with us
- Background in DV360, programmatic, first party data and data-driven working.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in the Greek & English language is a must.
