The opportunity

As talent is the scarcest source of our times, EY Greece chooses to invest further upon its Employer Branding function, leveraging candidate and employee experience. Your contribution will make you a pivotal player of all our career events, practicing efficient and targeted event management strategies, while engaging internal and external stakeholders towards a unified employer brand impact.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of EY Greece's Talent Team, it's critical to understand talent priorities, recruitment processes and employee engagement approaches, to ensure all events align with our company values and employer branding goals. Specifically, you'll need to:
  • promote our employer brand at industry conferences, career fairs and internal events, by implementing innovative event planning strategies and efficiently manage all administrative activities throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience
  • enhance your stakeholders' engagement practices, by collaborating with internal teams, external partners and vendors towards high-impact experiences
  • ensure optimal use of resources whilst delivering high-quality events, through accurate logistics and budget management
  • provide quality improvement insights and targeted recommendations, by collecting and analyzing event performance metrics


Skills and attributes for success

  • BSc in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or another relevant field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in an external/internal Corporate Marketing/Communication or in a Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding role
  • Passion for Events and detailed orchestration, in a corporate or branding context
  • Strong communication and teaming skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, project management and procurement skills
  • Excellent command of written and oral Greek and English, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Power-user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a global organization and virtual teams


Ideally, you'll also have

  • Knowledge of vendor management, audiovisual equipment or event management software
