Your everyday work-life

• Provide technical support for energy solutions e.g. PV, EV chargers, heat pumps
• Provide training, and support directly to customers, vendors, and/or company technicians and engineers
• Diagnose and resolve problems, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, encourage business growth, and enhance and sustain relations with clients
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the safe completion of work orders based on H&S rules
• Conduct site visits, monitoring schedules, and supervising technicians
• Run field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues
• Supervision of installations (technical assessment, supervision of implementing energy solutions like residential & C&I PV or heat pumps) and lead the project team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables

As an ideal fit, you should have
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a field-related role
• Excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge
• Confidence with Health & Safety regulations
• A versatile and service-oriented mind set
