About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Yacht Management Assistant to join our Hotel Department. This is a great opportunity to enter the world of luxury yachting and grow within a dynamic and professional team. You’ll support daily operations and help ensure our yachts are well-prepared and presented.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting documents, photos, and details for yacht records.
• Help update yacht protocols and onboard manuals.
• Support with basic contract South preparation and document proofreading.
• Direct owner or crew inquiries to the correct department.
• Keep files organized and assist in data entry.
• Provide yacht information to the marketing team when needed.
• Support coordination for charter processes alongside the senior team.

Requirements

• University degree in Tourism, Shipping, Hospitality, or similar field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or entry-level roles in tourism, yachting, or hospitality are a plus).
