Role

The Supply Chain Supervisor will operate Procurement and oversee Logistics & Purchasing team, ensuring that all deliverables meet Company's objectives and Customers’ expectations.  He/She will also manage related development projects and be member of our Management Team which configurates company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring appropriate stock levels
• Optimizing suppliers’ costs and services
• Meeting & evaluating existing and new suppliers (limited traveling abroad)
• Managing and evaluating Supply Chain team
• Setting SC related KPI’s, budgets and monitoring expenses
• Keeping compliance with quality and safety standards
• Implementing and maintaining procedures, systems and policies
• Delivering accurate, results-driven reporting

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to provide strategic planning and problem-solving performance
• Strong Organizational, Communication, Negotiation and Analytical skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or/and construction industry is a plus
