Main Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and offers based on customer inquiries
- Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, customer and supplier communications, and order deliveries
- Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs issues regarding spare parts orders deliveries
- Ensure that spare part opportunities are followed up before quote expiry
- Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- Coordination and cooperation with other departments
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English (verbal/written)
- Previous experience in spare parts supplying and forwarding will be considered as a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Computer literacy
