ONE PHARMA, one of the fastest growing manufacturers of Pharmaceutical Finished dosages in Greece is offering an excellent career opportunity to qualified candidates to undertake the position of Production Shift Supervisor. The position reports to the Production Director.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures the smooth operation of the production wing in the time frame of the shift.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and federal regulations
• Follows and oversees the faithful execution of prescribed procedures and cGMP requirements to ensure product quality
• Takes initiative or participates in efforts aimed at enhancing productivity processes and lowering production costs
• Guiding employee performance to ensure that they reach goals and complete duties on schedule
• Advising new employees on their job obligations and safety procedures

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required. A postgraduate degree will be treated as an extra qualification
• Two years working experience in in an equivalent position in industrial manufacturing, with prior expertise in the pharmaceutical business, will be an asset
• Excellent computer (MS Office) and ERP expertise (SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• A team member with a high level of commitment
• Ability to operate under time limits
• Time management & problem- solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication and team management skills
