ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Public Affairs Executive to enhance their department.
Public Affairs Executive (5792/PAE/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of public affairs strategies to meet client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze political, policy, and regulatory developments at local, national, and international levels, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Draft briefing documents, policy papers, and communication materials tailored to stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
- Assist with organizing events, such as roundtables, briefings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Conduct research to support new business proposals and pitch development.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of political systems, public policy, and regulatory processes.
- An excellent communicator, with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field (agency experience is a plus).
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Attributes
- A degree in politics, public policy, communications, or a related field
- Experience working in public affairs, policy, or corporate communications
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an agency
- Strong research and analytical skills.
